About the Team
The Workday Finance Operations team balances critical thinking with operational excellence that helps guide and scale team operations to support the company’s growth towards $10B of revenue and beyond. We are a diverse group of workmates with an invaluable combination of experience that fosters a collaborative environment, drives innovative solutions, and also mixes in fun along the way.The Professional Services Contracts team works cross-functionally to validate and enter professional services contracts along with their associated billing and revenue recognition schedules. We are a highly productive team who value collaboration and communication.
About the Role
Workday is seeking a Contract Analyst to join our Professional Services Contracts team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, a great communicator, and enjoys collaborating with people with a diverse set of talents, in a dynamic fast-pace environment.
Job Duties include but are not limited to:
Responsible for creating and maintaining Professional Services contract records
Review customer contracts
Create and maintain billing and revenue schedules
Interact with multiple Operations and Finance teams
Assist with month end responsibilities
Update procedural documentation
Special projects as assigned
About You
Basic Qualifications
1+ years of accounting or finance analyst experience
Other Qualifications
Strong computer skills, including Excel
Strong analytic and problem solving skills
General accounting experience preferred
Organized, detail oriented and accurate
Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
Strong ability to follow through and take ownership of issues
Customer service focused and solution oriented
Professional demeanor
Ability to work independently

The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants.
