This is a temporary summer position of 8 weeks.

Your mission:

• Coordinate between stores and commercial initiatives and campaigns

• Track and follow up on campaign performance and results
   

• Assist in the setup and administration of marketing campaigns
   

• Manage invoicing documentation and ensure accurate record-keeping
   

• Provide administrative support to site and category management functions

Qualifications

• Comfortable working with Excel and other Microsoft 365 tools
   

• Familiarity with Google Workspace (G-suite) apps
   

• Strong coordination and administrative skills
   

• Available to work 75–100% during a continuous 8-week period (starting from an agreed date)
   

• Comfortable communicating in English, both written and spoken
   

• Swedish language skills are a bonus, but not required
   

• Preferably based in Stockholm and able to work from our office daily
