Job Description
As a valued colleague on our team, you will provide expert guidance on monitoring business problems and/or opportunities, including process improvement, system enhancement, and training. In this role, you will support the development, networking, and/or project management of strategic business objectives.
THE IMPACT YOU WILL MAKE
The Enterprise Architecture - Business Architecture - Lead Associate role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:
- Partner with business, product and technology leads to define business cases, set transformation goals and objectives to launch key initiatives.
- Identify innovation opportunities and use hands-on concepts like interactive prototyping, low fidelity POC’s to showcase potential business value.
- Lead medium discovery sessions with SME’s and stakeholder groups to formulate business outcomes, customer personas, journeys & experiences, prototyping and POC’s for solving complex business problems.
- In partnership with business sponsors and product leads, envision, plan, implement, communicate, promote and update the target business architecture over multiple time horizons.
- Build relationships across business, product and Tech stakeholder groups to become a trusted partner and advisor in making key decisions.

- Bachelor degree or equivalent
- AWS Engineering experience
- Managment Consulting experience

- Able to define new, original ideas and successfully implement them across a diverse organization.
- Successfully manage competing work efforts across multiple teams. Involves assessing impacts, importance and urgency and setting direction and expectations - to meet or exceed expectations for timeliness and quality of work.
- Skilled in creating visual content and presenting to stakeholders at various level in engaging and easy to understand ways.
- Knowledge of new technical capabilities with the ability to translate that knowledge into business goals and objectives aligned to strategic priorities.
- Can communicate verbally and in writing with many levels of employees and management, capable of successful formal and informal communication. Includes facilitating medium group workshops and asking the right questions to extract the right information at the right level of detail.
- Ability to facilitate customer needs with the ability to summarize at various levels for stakeholders.
- Knowledge of design thinking skills including hands-on prototyping, customer journey mapping, and persona development.
- Possess engagement management skills including nurturing stakeholder relationships, prompt response to requests, and proactively identifies business opportunities.
- Experience identifying and selecting strategic options with supporting resources and then helping an organization navigate the changing environment.
- The ability to make insightful, successful business decisions and tradeoffs assessing the internal business landscape, strategies, opportunities, strengths, and weaknesses.

- Skilled in ARIS Express
- Skilled in using OneNote
- Experience using JIRA and confluence
- Experience with SAFe and Agile methodologies
- Knowledge of AWS suite of products
