Sr. IT & OT Site Administrator | Mission-Critical Role in a 24/7 Manufacturing Facility

We're searching for a Sr. IT & OT Site Administrator to lead critical technology support, optimize site operations, and act as the go-to tech liaison between our business and enterprise IT & OT teams. This role is hands-on, high-impact, and essential to keeping our 24/7/365 manufacturing facility running smoothly and efficiently.

๐ Day-to-Day Problem Solving

Tackle and resolve escalated IT & OT issues quickly and effectively

Pinpoint root causes and eliminate recurring problems

Train users and document systems for long-term success

Maintain and manage support contracts to ensure tech resilience

Partner with Enterprise Security to protect critical site infrastructure
๐ Strategy & Operational Planning

Develop site experts and roll out smart training initiatives

Monitor and report on support trends

Create and maintain Business Continuity Plans

Champion continuous improvement and site-wide tech innovation
๐ Project Management & Development

Manage IT & OT projects with a laser focus on timelines, budgets, and results

Collaborate with business leaders to identify tech gaps and opportunities

Build and present project plans with clear scope, ROI, and impact

Drive execution in partnership with NICBโs Enterprise IT & OT Teams

๐What You'll Need:
- Bachelor's in business, IT or similar discipline, or commensurate equivalent work experience in a technology field, minimum of 3 years.
- Organizational skills, attention to detail, follow up, documentation preparation and maintenance skills, and customer service orientation are crucial for success in this role.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a focus on rapport-building, listening, and questioning.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
- Experience within, or supporting, a manufacturing environment.
- Experience in managing cross-functional teams and processes.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and networking protocols.
- Knowledge of computer hardware, networking and system administration.
- Experience with both IT and OT/Process Control environments.
- Extensive application support experience with MS Office.
- Familiarity with the fundamental principles of ITIL.
- Experience with system backup and administrative tasks.
- Preferable experience with OSIsoft PI, Majiq Elixir, IBM Maximo, QISOFT.
- Ability to conduct research into a wide range of computing issues as required.
- Ability to absorb and retain information quickly.
- Ability to present ideas in user-friendly language.
- Highly self-motivated and directed.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
