This role supports the evolving project and business development needs of PCG Health’s Medicaid Program Integrity and Provider Oversight teams. The Business Analyst will support the success of client engagements that help PCG's State partners safeguard Medicaid funds and protect beneficiaries, while also contributing to efforts that drive the growth and impact of PCG’s Medicaid services business lines.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provides project management support across multiple client engagements.
  • Prepares and presents parts of written status reports for clients.
  • Completes analysis on large data sets to identify trends, gaps, or opportunities related to Medicaid program oversight efforts, and to improve internal project processes or workflows.
  • Develops competency in federal and state policy, specifically Medicaid payment and provider oversight.
  • Assists with the implementation of major project phases or tasks.
  • Supports business development activities, including conducting research on industry trends, contributing to team discussions, and identifying RFP leads and opportunities.
  • Participates on proposal development teams, including writing and coordinating submissions.
  • Assists with preparation of other written reports, major deliverables, and other materials for clients.
  • Collects and enters project related data.
  • Assists in the development and maintenance of project budgets and prepare client invoices.
  • Other responsibilities as necessary.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required
  • 1-3 years of relevant work experience in consulting, public sector, or other relevant field.

PCG provides the following reasonable range of compensation for this role: $55,000 - $67,000 and a potential discretionary bonus.
