Customer Collaboration Support and Configuration Analyst

ARES has an exciting opportunity for a multi-faceted role supporting Federal Government customer collaboration and configuration management and analysis requirements. This candidate will support a variety of human spaceflight and launch range mission requirements for multiple aerospace and defense customers. The role will entail providing customer collaboration support, including conference and meeting support, board and review panel support, meeting minute tracking, data gathering, agenda development, meeting facilitation, process documentation, and coordination. The candidate will also serve as a configuration analyst, tracking product design changes, managing project documentation, preparing deviations and waivers, routing documents for approval, and supporting audit and review activities.

This is a hybrid position located in Houston, TX.  The candidate will need to be available for on-site support at NASA Johnson Space Center two days per week or as-needed.  Support for other customers will be provided remotely.

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree and at least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience providing meeting and customer collaboration support.

• Experience supporting Government program team and coordination across multiple organizations and support contractors
• Experience with video conferencing tools, Microsoft Teams, and event support tools such as Cvent.
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with documentation and configuration management tools including Microsoft SharePoint, Windchill, Teams, or similar systems.
• Basic / entry-level experience with engineering drawing, modelling, and design tools and file types.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to proactively communicate and obtain desired information
