Staff Product Manager, Lucie Platform

We started Oscar in 2012 to create the kind of health insurance company we would want for ourselves—one that behaves like a doctor in the family.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>About the role:</strong></p> <p>Lucie Health Marketplace is a new all-in-one storefront that will change how Americans shop for healthcare. Lucie helps employers offer great benefits at lower costs by modeling and quoting their transition to ICHRA. Then, Lucie brings it all together in a single platform where teams can choose the products they value most.</p> <p>This platform will support modeling, quoting, funding, and enrollments - plus all of the personalization and support an employer or broker needs to get started with ICHRA. As a Staff Product Manager, you will lead ICHRA tooling product strategy, partnering closely with Business Strategy, Engineering, Data, and Design teams. You will prioritize the roadmap, balancing initiatives across growth, compliance, usability, and strategic partnerships.</p> <p>You will report into a Director, Product Management.</p> <p><strong>Work Location: </strong></p> <p>This position is based in our New York City office, requiring a hybrid work schedule with 3 days of in-office work per week. Thursdays are a required in-office day for team meetings and events, while your other two office days are flexible to suit your schedule. #LI-Hybrid</p> <p><strong>Pay Transparency: </strong></p> <p>The base pay for this role is: $180,504.00 - $236,911.50 per year.
