As a pivotal member of our design department, you will be responsible for shaping the in-game economy, ensuring balance, player engagement, and overall economic systems that contribute to a rewarding player experience.</p> <p><strong><strong>Responsibilities</strong><strong> </strong></strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>Develop and implement robust in-game economies that align with the overall game design and monetization strategy. Balance virtual economies to ensure player progression, retention, and a fair play experience.</p> </li> <li> <p>Collaborate with the product  team to integrate effective and player-friendly monetization features within the game economy.
