Implement all maintenance tools and processes to achieve optimum availability of the site's industrial facilities.
Contribute to the improvement of the production tool and the efficiency of the maintenance department.
Participate in the roll-out of the site's digitalization policy by processing maintenance data.
Develop the maintenance team's skills in problem analysis and resolution.
Ensure upward and downward communication with the maintenance team and line management.

 

Missions :

Mettre en œuvre l’ensemble des outils et des process de maintenance permettant d’atteindre une disponibilité optimale de l’outil industriel du site.

Participer à l'amélioration de l'outil de production et à l'efficience du service maintenance.

Participer au déploiement de la politique de digitalisation du site en assurant le traitement des données maintenance.

Développer les compétences de l’équipe Maintenance en matière d’analyse et de résolution de problèmes.

Assurer une communication ascendante et descendante auprès de l’équipe maintenance et de sa hiérarchie.

 

Qualification et Expérience :

• Diplômé d'une formation supérieure d’ingénieur en maintenance industrielle ou diplôme / expérience équivalent.
• 8 à 10 ans d'expérience en maintenance industrielle idéalement dans un domaine pharmaceutique ou expérience équivalente.
