Summer Intern - Java Analyst - Scottsdale/REMOTE

Overview:

Assist in IT TMS suite system visibility needs – e.g. Destination services, Domestic Booking Portal related. 

Responsibilities:

This position is responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

• Discuss and validate business requirements with users
• Review / prepare business requirements specifications Expected to be hands-on with system development/configuration skills
• Assist in solution design, configuration or development and unit testing for new projects and enhancement requests

Key Result Areas:

• Review system design with other TMS team members
• Configure system components
• Assist in testing system components
• Assist in creating system documentation related materials

Qualifications:

• Recommended to complete Junior year at a University prior to the start of the internship
• Ability to understand and follow instructions in English
• Ability to utilize Microsoft products e.g. Word, PPTs, Excel, etc.

Candidates must be within 250 miles of an APL Logistics facility or office.

The hourly wage for this position is $20.00.
