The QuickNode team has over 120 people maintaining high performance global data infrastructure for amazing customers serving billions of requests daily.</p><p> We are a global remote company with an HQ in Miami, Florida.</p><h2><strong>The Role</strong></h2><p>QuickNode is seeking an experienced Senior Website Developer to oversee the development, maintenance, and optimization of QuickNode's website. In this role, you'll combine technical expertise with execution to drive improvement across our web properties. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and engineering, to ensure the website aligns with the company’s goals, enhances user experience, and drives business growth.</p><p></p><h2><strong>What You'll Do</strong></h2><ul><li><p>Lead the end-to-end development of <a href="http://QuickNode.com" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" target="_blank">QuickNode.com</a>, ensuring an excellent user experience across all pages and touch points.</p></li><li><p>Oversee daily operations and maintenance of QuickNode’s website, ensuring it’s always up-to-date, secure, and running smoothly.</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure web content aligns with campaigns, initiatives, and brand messaging.</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Collaborate with the design and UX teams to create pixel perfect web pages that are user-friendly, visually appealing, and optimized for conversions.</p></li><li><p>Conduct regular audits and gather user feedback to improve website functionality, navigation, and overall experience.</p></li><li><p>Continuously improve website design elements to align with best practices, including mobile responsiveness and accessibility standards.</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Work with the content and marketing teams to ensure the website's content is optimized for search engines and aligned with SEO best practices.</p></li><li><p>Oversee the creation and updating of landing pages, product pages, and other key content to drive lead generation and user engagement.</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Implement tracking, analytics, and A/B testing solutions to support data-driven improvements.</p></li><li><p>Lead web-related projects, including redesigns, feature enhancements, and integrations.</p></li><li><p>Manage timelines, budgets, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.</p></li></ul><h2><strong>What You'll Bring</strong></h2><ul><li><p>8+ years of professional experience in website development, ideally with experience in a tech or SaaS company.</p></li><li><p>Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, and web development best practices. Familiarity with front-end frameworks is a plus.</p></li><li><p>Knowledge of information architecture, interaction design, and user-centered design.</p></li><li><p>Experience with Contentful CMS or similar headless CMS platforms.</p></li><li><p>Experience with Tailwind CSS, Github, <a href="http://Ghost.io" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" target="_blank">Ghost.io</a>, Docusaurus, Hubspot and Ruby on Rails are a plus.</p></li><li><p>Experience using design software like Figma to collaborate with design teams. </p></li><li><p>Understanding of marketing concepts including conversion optimization, A/B testing, analytics, lead funnels, and search engine optimization.</p></li><li><p>Strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with blockchain technology is a plus but not required.</p></li><li><p>Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.</p></li><li><p>Experience with web security best practices and website performance optimization.</p></li></ul><h2><strong>Bonus</strong></h2><ul><li><p>Experience in Blockchain / Web3.</p></li></ul><p>The level for this position is level P4. International ranges, in local currency, will be discussed during the hiring process with applicable candidates. This role is eligible for a quarterly bonus tied to company and individual goal achievement.
