Value Assurance Lead

We foster an inclusive culture and are looking for diverse, talented people to join Alcon. As a Value Assurance Lead, you will work hand in hand with our PMO & Strategy Director, to ensure the delivery of world-class digital health products.

You will track and analyze metrics to continually achieve the Digital Health Team program goals. We are a fast-growing team, which will give you the opportunity to shape our ways of working and culture - think start-up, but inside a global leader in eye care. We are looking for someone who is not only a talented leader, but who also is a strong strategic thinker and problem solver.

 This role will be in Fort Worth, Texas and a typical day will include:

• Define mechanisms to track OKRs across digital products and platforms and transformation programs.
• Prepare for bi-weekly updates and sprint planning on program performance.
• Define metrics and create consistent dashboards, and provide training to stakeholders for the proper use of metrics and dashboards.
• Prepare and execute OKR components of QBR offsite.
• Analyze program data to identify trends and insights, and make recommendations for program improvement.
• Support annual budgeting and resource allocation process for digital product and platform teams.
• Develop insights and recommendations on resource allocation.
• Facilitate biweekly touchpoints with the Program Coordinator to prepare for sprint retro/planning.

What You’ll Bring to Alcon:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school+15 yrs; Assoc.+11 yrs; M.S.+4 yrs; PhD+3 yrs)
• The ability to fluently read, write, understand, and communicate in English
• 7 Years of Relevant Experience
