The ideal candidate for a Senior QA Automation will have extensive experience in test automation, with a focus on Power Platform solutions at an enterprise scale.

The impact you'll make:

• Conduct comprehensive testing of Power Platform solutions
• Integrate AI-driven tools (like Copilot) and other AI-powered assistants into the QA lifecycle to accelerate test design, documentation, and defect analysis.
• Establish and drive real-time testing approaches (streaming data validation, API monitoring, event-driven testing)
• Design and execute AI/Copilot testing scenarios
• Perform non-functional testing, including performance, reliability, and accessibility
• Ensure security and compliance in testing processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide clear reporting
  

What you'll bring to us:

• 5+ years of automation experience in Python
• 2+ years testing Power Platform solutions at enterprise scale
• 2+ years of experience under AI scripting, automate processes and controllers
• Ability to build risk-based test strategies across discovery, prototype, pilot, and rollout phases
  

Technology Stack:

• Automation Tooling
  • Programming/Scripting: Strong proficiency in Python
  • AI Integration: Experience or strong interest in using GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or other LLM-based assistants in test and execution.
  • API Testing & Real-Time Testing: REST/GraphQL API automation and validation, mocking/stubbing external services (desirable) CI/CD: Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps pipelines.
• Power Platform Testing
  • Experience with test data and environments for Dataverse; solutions-based deployment validation
  • Flow testing (Power Automate): trigger simulation, retries, idempotency, connection refs
  • Ability to create regression harnesses for Canvas/Model-Driven apps and PCF components
• AI/Copilot Testing
  • LLM test design: prompt and grounding validation, golden sets, non-deterministic assertions
  • Safety/quality checks: hallucination, bias, toxicity, PII leakage; content filters/guardrails
  • Evaluation metrics and telemetry-based quality gates

Desirable Skills and Experience

• Non-functional Testing
  • Performance/load testing (k6/JMeter) for APIs and high-volume flows
  • Reliability/chaos scenarios, resilience of long-running flows
  • Accessibility testing (axe/WCAG), cross-browser/device coverage
• Security, Compliance, Data
  • Secure test data management, synthetic/anonymized data; GDPR and DLP adherence
  • Basic vulnerability scanning and secrets hygiene in pipelines
• Collaboration & Reporting
  • Proficiency in Azure DevOps Test Plans, defect triage, traceability
  • Ability to create actionable dashboards/KPIs
  • Clear documentation of test cases, evidence, and release sign-off
