THE JOB:

As a Relief Cook at all locations, you will be responsible for setting the stage for an excellent guest experience by using your culinary techniques. You’ll provide high-quality food to guests from all over the world. In your role, you will partner with front-of-house staff to create WOW memories the guests will carry with them far and beyond their stay with us.

STARTING RATE: $24.5385 an hour

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Possess in-depth knowledge of food products and adeptly apply culinary techniques.
• Identify and utilize kitchen equipment safely and effectively.
• Replenish kitchen supplies and necessary food items for service.
• Ensure proper labeling and dating of products to uphold sanitation standards.
• Demonstrate comprehensive menu knowledge and meticulous attention to plate presentation.
• Collaborate with kitchen leadership and staff to ensure smooth service execution.
• Proficiently prepare and maintain base sauces, stocks, and soups.
• Foster teamwork and attend to all guest needs and inquiries.
• Preform other job-duties as requested.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays.
• High school diploma, or equivalent.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Proficient in cooking in high-volume kitchen environments.
• Demonstrated expertise in knife handling and preparation techniques.
• Familiarity with a wide range of kitchen equipment and tools.
