Administrative Assistant

Mad City Windows and Baths, a company backed by Renuity, is hiring an Administrative Assistant to join our team at our Madison, WI Call Center! • Competitive base pay of $20.00/hr per hour commensurate with experience and skills

What You’ll Do: 

• Utilize our CRM to assign customer appointments to sales advisors

• Organize and relay schedule availability to team members

• Assist with planning and set up of on-site activities for employees

• Process time off requests for call center and sales employees

• Assist with maintaining tracking of customer review systems

• Maintain general call center records

What You’ll Bring:  

• Excellent attention to detail

• Proficient knowledge of CRM systems

• Excellent computer skills including advanced knowledge of MS Office

• Ability to prioritize to meet deadlines.

• Strong planning and organizational skills

• Ability to work well independently, with the call center team, and across the organization.

• Ability to multi-task and prioritize consistently to meet deadlines.

• Effective corporate communication skills.
