The UHealth system at the University of Miami has an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Brand Activation Coordinator.
SUMMARY
The Marketing Brand Activation Coordinator assists in executing internal and external events for brand activation and patient, community, and stakeholder engagement. The Marketing Brand Activation Coordinator works with the Director of Marketing Brand Activation and Directors of Marketing, to build brand experiences and ensure the UHealth brand and all its affiliate brands are presented positively and accurately, complying with the health system’s brand guidelines.
CORE JOB FUNCTIONS
1. Provides support to the Brand Activation Director and Managers.
2. Assists with event planning logistics, including researching venues, coordinating vendors, and managing project timelines.
3. Supports event-day operations, including coordinating event set-up, tear-down, and logistics, setting up event spaces, and providing on-site support.
4. Attends and oversees events, ensuring all aspects of the event are running smoothly and troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
5. Manages event logistics, including but not limited to venue selection, vendor negotiation and management, event timelines, budgets, and on-site coordination.
6. Helps to develop event proposals, décor decks, budgets, timelines, etc.
7. Maintains event budgets, prepares expense reports, and manages invoices and payments promptly.
8. Assists with producing and printing department-related marketing materials, physical and digital assets, promo items, etc.
9. Collaborates with creative teams to develop event collateral, signage, and other promotional materials.
10. Conducts post-event follow-up, collects, and analyzes post-event data to measure event effectiveness, including gathering feedback from clients and vendors and conducting a post-event analysis to improve future events.
11. Handles post-event tasks, including but not limited to, entering attendee information into event management documents, uploading event photos to box folders, reconciling budgets, dry cleaning fabric assets, assisting in organizing office post-event, etc.
12. Responds to brand activation department-related inquiries and follows-up on lent assets that need to be returned.
13. Manages event calendar and schedules event-related meetings for the team.
14. Prepares and distributes event-related documents and details to involved team members.
15. Adheres to University and unit-level policies and procedures and safeguards University assets.

CORE QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
Associate’s degree in relevant field
Experience:
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
Knowledge, Skills and Attitudes:

• Ability to maintain effective interpersonal relationships.
• Ability to exercise sound judgment in making critical decisions.
