Job Description

For our region (Netherlands & Belgium), we are looking for a HR & Talent Acquisition Specialist. Your job is very diverse, but will mainly focus on three areas: 

Talent Acquisition and Management

• Recruitment process management (from A to Z)
• Campus recruitment
• Social media and job boards management
• Onboarding

HR

• SPOC to employees’ requests
• Support to internal process and policy improvement

Communication/ Marketing

• Internal and external communication
• Social Media brand communication
• Support on customers’ events

Qualifications

• You have a Master's degree.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in recruitment.
• English and Dutch speaker with excellent communication and presentation skills. French is considered a plus
• Knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter and smartrecruiters is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Flexible, structured, motivated, problem-solver and people-oriented.
