This is an exciting new role within our HR Operations organization that allows to make a difference at the Romania level, whilst collaborating at a European and global level, you will provide managers and employees with HR advice and support, both operationally and project driven, ensuring compliance with local practices and regulations in an international working environment.

The HR function is constantly evolving to align with employee expectations, regulations and processes as well as with organizational and technology developments. Whilst undertaking a broad range of HR related tasks, identifies and drives opportunities to improve the employee experience, boost business results, and realize strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Provide advice and guidance to managers and employees on a variety of HR topics during the entire employment life cycle, including:

• Onboarding

• Local accountability for Compensation processes

• Employment benefits and regulations

• Absenteeism and reintegration

• Mobility and flexible work arrangements

• Engagement & Retention

• Performance Management

• Employee Relations, including dispute resolution

• Offboarding

Manage HR related projects in close partnership with the business, HR Business Partners and COEs, for:

• Organizational Development

• HR Technology implementation

• Reward frameworks, job evaluation and recognition programs;

• Implementation of HR regulations and solutions

• Deploying initiatives to drive employee engagement and development

Oversee HR processes at country level to assure compliance with Labor Law and corporate guidelines Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with other teams to develop solutions, programs, and policies and to facilitate decision-making

Requirements:

Education: Degree in HR, law, business management or relevant subject

Experience:

• At least 4+ years’ operational and advisory HR experience within a similar role

• Solid knowledge of employment regulations

• Successful track record in managing projects and organizational changes within a global company

• Previous experience of working within a complex matrix organization is an advantage

• Working with an HCM is essential (preferably Workday)

• Competence with the MS Office suite
