We are looking for a Dual Master’s Student with Steinbeis University within Global Portfolio Solutions (m/f/d) , based in Munich. 

  

Your Team 

The Global Portfolio Solutions team is seeking a motivated Master Dual Student to support our strategic initiatives and contribute to the development and management of innovative Portfolio Solutions (e.g. MGAs). 

 

The Impact You Will Have  

This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, global environment, working closely with the Global Head of Portfolio Solutions and regional teams. 

 

Some of your specific responsibilities could include: 

• Strategic Project Support (PMO): 

• • Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of strategic projects within the Global Portfolio Solutions team.

  • Coordinate project activities, track progress, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones. 

• Create Portfolio Solutions Page: 

• • Develop and maintain the Portfolio Solutions page on Allianz’ internal communication tool.

  • Ensure content is up-to-date, relevant, and accessible to all stakeholders. 

• Playbook Creation and Process Mapping: 

• • Work on processes mapping across different functions and create Playbooks for internal and external stakeholders. 

• Support Regional Teams: 

• • Support regional teams to operationally manage and onboard new partnerships. 

• Research and Analysis: 

• • Conduct research on market trends in the MGA and facilities space.

  • Analyse findings and provide actionable insights to inform strategic decision-making. 

• Presentation and Reporting: 

• • Prepare and present research findings and project updates.

  • Communicate results effectively to various stakeholders, including senior management. 

 

What You’ll Bring to the Role 

• Previous experience or internships in insurance or related fields. 

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to synthesize complex information. 

• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance, or similar 

• Very good Project Management skills 

• Strong IT-related skills, esp. MS Office and MS Teams
