Join the MEMS world market leader! Together we shape the future of MEMS sensors and enable innovative automotive, consumer & industrial applications.
- You optimize semiconductor processes for MEMS and further develop them with a focus on wafer-to-wafer bonding and in-process control. This involves shaping individual processes in development, with a focus on implementing new requirements and improving process quality and yield.
- Furthermore, you participate in the examination, development, and implementation of new manufacturing processes and complex systems, taking into account new technologies and methods. This includes working on the conception, coordination, analysis, and evaluation of experiments to optimize new manufacturing processes in collaboration with internal and external entities. You also develop measures for process flexibility and cost reduction. Additionally, you plan and oversee the implementation in the manufacturing domain.
- Your responsibilities encompass leading cost-effectiveness assessments and cost comparisons for new methods, technologies, and systems, considering the conditions of technical realization and future requirements.
- Providing guidance to specialized departments and aiding in equipment procurement also falls within your scope of responsibilities.
- Last but not least, you train employees in process management, machine setup, and process control, and create the related documentation.
Qualifikationen
- Education: completed university studies (bachelor's degree/diploma/PhD) in physics, microsystems engineering, electrical engineering or a comparable subject
- Experience and Knowledge: experience in semiconductor technology and equipment engineering; familiarity with Statistical Process Control (SPC), data analysis, and data processing.
- Personality and Working Practice: You are proactive and motivated; you take initiative and are solution-oriented, working independently while also being goal-oriented and cooperative. You work in an organized manner.
- Enthusiasm: enthusiasm for innovations.
- Languages: business fluent in written and spoken English and preferably in German
