POSITION DESCRIPTION:The Human Resources Business Partner is responsible for managing various aspects of human resources within DrinkPAK. They provide support and guidance to employees and management on HR policies, procedures, and practices. Ensures compliance with employment laws and regulations, handles employee relations issues, administers employee benefits, assists in training and development initiatives and the integrity of Workday.

RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and conflicts, providing guidance and resolutions. 

  • Investigate and address employee complaints, ensuring fair and consistent treatment. Independently manage employee relations issues from investigations, corrective actions, PIP’s, etc. in accordance with DrinkPAK’s processes. 

  • Provide guidance to managers and employees on performance-related matters. 

  • Assist in the development and delivery of training sessions on topics such as incident reporting, time & attendance, leadership, and compliance. 

  • Facilitate career development initiatives and succession planning processes. 

  • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies. 

  • Stay up to date with employment laws and regulations, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation. 

  • Participate in the design, implementation and monitoring of programs to develop the human resources function. Provide site wide policy roll out and refresher training, as needed. 

  • Assist with the optimization of Workday. 

  • Maintain accurate employee records, including personal information, employment agreements, and performance evaluations. 

  • Generate reports and analyze HR data to provide insights and support decision-making processes.
