What you will do

As an Organizational Change Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of transformation—driving initiatives that redefine how our Customer Success organization operates and thrives. The Clarios Connected Services team is introducing groundbreaking technology to the market and launching an innovative product within the Clarios portfolio. In this role, you won’t just manage change; you’ll inspire it. You’ll lead efforts to ensure seamless adoption of new technologies, behaviors, and processes, empowering customers to embrace innovation with confidence. How you will do it

  • Design and deliver impactful change strategies that not only drive internal adoption but also enhance customer experience - ensuring every transition feels seamless and value-driven.
  • Partner closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to align change initiatives with business objectives and customer success goals, creating a unified vision for transformation.
  • Assess readiness across the organization and customer touchpoints, identifying potential risks or barriers early and turning challenges into opportunities for stronger engagement.
  • Coach and empower leaders and managers to champion change behaviors that positively impact customer relationships and deliver measurable results.
  • Lead engaging workshops and dynamic communications that inspire stakeholders, address concerns proactively, and keep both internal teams and customers informed and confident.
  • Track, measure, and optimize change initiatives to ensure adoption translates into improved customer outcomes—adjusting strategies to maximize impact and satisfaction.

 

What we look for

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Development, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 7+ years of experience in change management or organizational development roles.
  • Possess exceptional communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate change strategies, listen actively, and adapt messaging for diverse audiences.
  • Influence and Relationship Building: Skilled at gaining buy-in and trust from stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Emotional Intelligence: Demonstrates empathy, self-awareness, and the ability to manage sensitive situations with professionalism.
  • Adaptability and Resilience: Comfortable navigating ambiguity and maintaining composure under pressure.
  • Collaboration: Works effectively across cross-functional teams and fosters a culture of openness and inclusion.
  • Knowledge of change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR) and tools.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci) is a plus.

This position offers a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance as further described below. The position has a salary range of $105,000 to $135,000 per year. This role may also include opportunities for a bonus and premium pay based on performance.
