We are seeking a talented individual to join our Transformation Office team at Marsh. This role will be based in Chicago. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

We will count on you to:

• Create and maintain product delivery timelines; communicate progress and milestones to internal and external stakeholders

• Contribute to direct sales pitches by presenting solutions to clients and demonstrating products

• Maintain product quality by monitoring usage and complaints; initiate technical reviews and product upgrades

• Evaluate market potential by initiating and directing market and consumer studies and evaluating competitor products

• Develop and implement go-to-market strategies

• Maximize revenue and margin by developing and updating sales forecasts, fine-tuning marketing approaches, and adjusting pricing
