Customer Service Specialist

<p>We are looking for<b> Customer Service Specialists with English &amp; Italian</b> to be recruited<b> in Poland</b>.</p><p></p><p>Your location will be preferably in Ostroleka or Warsaw. Other Stora Enso location can also be considered case by case.</p><p></p><p><b>As a Customer Service Specialist your key tasks will include but not are limited to following</b>:</p><ul><li><p>Build and uphold strong customer relationships by providing excellent overall customer service</p></li><li><p>Serve agreed customer contacts through various channels in co-operation with Sales</p></li><li><p>Create and maintain agreed customer master data and maintain price information</p></li><li><p>Enquiry, Order and Call-off management and Claims handling</p></li><li><p>Invoice and export documentation management</p></li><li><p>Monitor customer credit limits, deliveries and stocks</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li><p>B.
