About this role:

Under the supervision of Supervisor / Manager, this role will support at least one aspect of Intake Operations (i.e. Process, Coordinator or Technical) by assisting Intake Management to meet deportment goals and objectives.

Specific job responsibilities include:

Process:

• Processing start-up and control: Support daily process start-up and ensure operators efficiently start at beginning of shift.

• Assisting in meeting production daily goals: Assist area supervisor in ensuring operators understand daily goals and assist is coordination resources between Intake Operations for meeting daily goals.

• Responding to “Escalations” by Operators: Assist operations with any process concerns and escalate to management or technical support groups for rapid assistance.

• Confirming quality-routine checks: Routinely audit operators’ performance against Standard Operation Procedure and escalate findings to management in a timely manner.

• Covering absenteeism: Able to supplement help for Intake Operations when absenteeism is present.

• Supporting training and cross-training: Assist management in getting Intake Operators cross train to ensure maximum flexibility or resources.

• Ensuring standardized work is followed: Provide feedback to Intake Operators when standard work is not being followed and be able to guide Operators to proper adherence to Standard Operating Procedures.

• Facilitating small group activities: Able to communicate and facility small group activities/discuss to meet department goals and objectives. 

• Ensuring parts/material are supplied to process: Confirm there are sufficient process supplies to eliminate any downtime to Intake Operations.

Coordinator:

• Running daily reports: Collect data from various sources and transforming raw data into actionable insights, enabling organizations to make strategic and evidence-based decisions to drive improvements in Operational Efficiencies & Quality.

• Presenting data to Area Supervisor/Manager: Data will be used by Area Supervisor/Manager to uncover patterns and trends that help Intake Operations capitalize
