What’s involved in this role: 

We are looking for a Milk Intake Operator in Lake Norden, South Dakota.  

 

• Load and unload trucks. 

• Weigh in and weigh out trucks. 

• Conduct antibiotic tests to ensure quality of milk. 

• 2-2-3 schedule, 12 hour shifts 

• Starting hourly pay at $21.86 

• $1.50 night differential pay between the hours of 6pm-6am 

• Monthly rotating position between days and nights: 6am-6pm, 6pm-6am 

• Holiday pay and Double time on Sundays 

 

What you need to join our team:  

• Willingness to learn and work as a team 

• Ability to walk, stand, bend and lift up to 50 lbs. 

• Minimum two (2) years of Food Service, Food Plant or Sanitation experience preferred. 

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. 

• Equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered. 

• Basic computer skills with Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Word, Outlook and field-specific software. 

• Demonstrate attention to detail and accuracy in work. 

• Communicate effectively in English both verbally and in writing with colleagues.
