Job Description

The position is available at one of our locations: Kronberg im Taunus and Freiburg im Breisgau.

• You will be responsible for preparing payroll in cooperation with our external service provider.
• You will be the first point of contact for employees in all payroll-related matters, provide support with administrative HR tasks and prepare monthly and ad-hoc evaluations and reports.
• In addition, you will check all payroll tax and social security issues, maintain master data and transaction data, and look after the company pension scheme.
• You will use your expertise to support audits by business, tax and social security auditors.
• In addition, you have the opportunity to support project-related activities on the topic of payroll and digitalization and to help shape and optimize HR processes.

Qualifications

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship and have ideally completed further training, e.g. as a human resources specialist (m/f/d), in the area of human resources or as a payroll accountant (m/f/d).
• You have been able to deepen your knowledge of payroll accounting as well as social security and payroll tax law in recent years.
• You are characterized by your analytical skills and your careful way of working.
• You also have a sense of humor and a hands-on mentality.
• You are fluent in German and have a very good command of written and spoken English.
