Position Description
Lindsay Corporation is hiring a new Global Logistics Coordinator based in our corporate headquarters in Omaha or at our primary plant location in Lindsay, Nebraska. The Global Logistics Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient movement of goods, materials and information throughout the supply. The ideal candidate must demonstrate a passion for identifying and meeting customer needs. As a logistics coordinator, you’ll be the orchestrator behind the scenes, making sure that everything related to transportation, inventory management, and supply chain operations runs like a well-oiled machine. Your attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to juggle multiple tasks will be key to success in this role.
Position Details
This is a hybrid, full-time (40 hours, preapproval required for overtime) non-exempt position. Travel requirements are 0-5%.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Freight Management:
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, including arranging transportation (by road, air, sea, or rail) and ensuring timely delivery.
- Collaborate with the company’s preferred third-party logistics provider to optimize shipping routes and minimize costs.
- Track shipments and resolve any issues that may arise during transit.
- Documentation and Compliance:
- Prepare shipping documents (bills of lading, packing lists, customs declarations, etc.).
- Ensure compliance with local, national, and international regulations related to transportation and trade.
- Stay informed about changes in regulations and adjust processes accordingly.
- Communication and Coordination:
- Liaise with internal departments (such as procurement, sales, and production) to coordinate logistics activities.
- Communicate with suppliers, vendors, and customers to provide updates on shipment status and resolve any issues.
- Maintain strong relationships with logistics partners.<
