It is part of the Identity, Data, and Collaboration Platforms (IDCP) Unit under the ICTD Digital Foundations - Technology Section in Valencia, Spain.  </span></p> <p><span>The Identity, Data, and Collaboration Platforms (IDCP) Unit is the global architecture and engineering lead for UNICEF’s global Identity and Access, Data, and Messaging &amp; Collaboration Platforms portfolio and it serves both UNICEF and the UNICEF Hosted Funds. </span></p> <p><span>The incumbent will assist the ICT Specialist (Messaging and Collaboration) in the deployment and management of Messaging and Collaboration platforms, including configuration, maintenance, fault monitoring and performance. </span></p> <p><strong><span>How can you make a difference?</span></strong></p> <p><span>The position supports the ICT Specialist (Messaging and Collaboration), P3 in ensuring the reliable and secure operation of the organization’s messaging and collaboration platforms. The incumbent contributes to the deployment, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of these systems, while monitoring performance and addressing faults to minimize service disruptions.
