Committed to quality and innovation, we collaborate to shape the future of logistics while continuously growing our skills.</p> <p><strong>Our tech stack</strong> includes <strong>Rust</strong>, <strong>Kotlin,</strong> <strong>Python</strong>, <strong>AWS</strong>, <strong>Docker</strong>, <strong>Kubernetes</strong>, and <strong>Terraform, </strong>empowering us to build scalable, high-performance systems.</p> <p>As a key team member, you’ll advocate for our customers, define quality standards, and help deliver solutions that truly make a difference.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li><p>Participate in all QA activities within the product development life-cycle for <strong>REST APIs</strong> (synchronous and asynchronous) and the backend product.</p></li> <li><p>Design a well-structured test strategy, test cases with comprehensive coverage, and an end-to-end flow.</p></li> <li><p>Execute tests; identifying, debugging, and reporting the issues; verifying the issues when they are fixed.</p></li> <li><p>Developing test automation infrastructure and utilities as needed for testing.</p></li> <li><p>API tests, System integration tests, Load/performance tests on the API service and application, and keeping a check on the performance.</p></li> <li><p>Defining the right quality processes, benchmarks, and owning them, and setting the new standards together with the team.</p></li> </ul> <h2>Who are you?</h2> <ul> <li><p>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience).</p></li> <li><p>5+ years of hands-on industry experience as an SDET or strong <strong>Test Automation Engineer.</strong></p></li> <li><p>Ability to design and implement comprehensive test strategies covering functional, integration, and performance testing.</p></li> <li><p>Proficiency in developing robust test frameworks and utilities in <strong>Python.</strong></p></li> <li><p>Experience in microservices architecture and <strong>API testing.</strong></p></li> <li><p>Excellent communication and collaboration skills with experience working in cross-functional teams.</p></li> <li><p>Proven track record of proactively driving initiatives, taking ownership of projects, and independently identifying and implementing improvements.</p></li> <li><p>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a passion for tackling complex challenges.</p></li> </ul> <p><strong>Preferred skills:</strong></p> <ul> <li><p>Experience in data analysis, applying statistical methods, and visualizing results (<strong>Pytest, NumPy, Pandas, matplotlib, plotly, seaborn</strong>).</p></li> <li><p>Ability to mentor and coach QA engineers, providing technical guidance and fostering skill development.</p></li> <li><p>Experience with Rust or other languages, or willingness to learn.</p></li> <li><p>Exposure to <strong>GIS</strong> projects.</p></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>What Do We Offer?</strong></p> <ul> <li>A great work-life balance.</li> <li>30 paid vacation days.</li> <li>Hybrid model of work (2 days office and 3 days home office per week).</li> <li><p>On-site Gym and Sauna – Stay active and unwind with our fully equipped fitness center and relaxing sauna.</p></li> <li><p>Yoga Room – A dedicated space for mindfulness, stretching, and relaxation.</p></li> <li>Work on the development of high-scale services, serving and storing petabytes of data.</li> <li>Work with cutting-edge, modern technologies.</
