And as a Global Innovation Delivery Manager you will be asked to successfully lead multidisciplinary project teams for the integrated delivery of the larger Innovation and Renovation projects to market (Value Delivery) and to support the in-market performance of the project in market till project closure (Building success).</em></strong></p><p><strong><em>For this, we don’t just need you to be a knowledgeable professional but also strongly rely on your interpersonal skills as well as your drive for success. Know that you’ll have a crucial role in creating and protecting the impact we look for in our value chain. With this said, we like you to take responsibility over the following tasks:</em></strong></p><ul><li><em>Act as the project lead and manage multidisciplinary, complex project teams which consist of Marketing, Finance, Operations, Value Stream and Research &amp; Development with 5 or 6 work-stream leads and an average of 15-25 indirect reports.</em></li><li><em>Manage the projects to achieve the project deliverables on costs, quality and timing by bringing together cross-functional teams &amp; expertise.</em></li><li><em>Set clear parameters of project responsibilities and act as the interface between technical &amp; commercial, allowing the different departments to truly appreciate the variation in functional perspectives &amp; value add this brings.</em></li><li><em>Driving and managing the key stakeholder alignments and prepare &amp; leads project steering committees. </em></li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><p><strong><em>We are looking for a pioneer with a drive for excellence. We do, of course, take into consideration how much experience you have with (must have) and (must have) but ultimately we look at the bigger picture. </em></strong></p><p><strong><em>But to give you a bit of guidance as to what we feel is needed in this role, we’ll share our “nice to have” list with you:</em></strong></p><ul><li><em>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree</em></li><li><em>5+ years of experience in innovation project management in a multi-functional environment interacting with (or working in) Marketing; R&amp;D Purchasing and/or Operations &amp; Manufacturing</em></li><li><em>Having experience in leading large global projects involving new product development, lines and equipment installation, etc. joint with top notch business acumen.</em></li><li><em>Having exceptional skills in both managing people (indirectly) and complex projects, asking the right questions and driving simplicity into the communications. </em></li><li><em>Strong stakeholder management and dealing with ambiguity</em></li><li><em>Having strong commercial &amp; technical thinking and being able to translate the requirements to &amp; between both functional areas.</em></li><li><em>Having proven business acumen gained through experiential learning. </em></li><li><em>Being able to lead &amp; influence in a project management capacity &amp; bring your commercial &amp; business acumen to the table. </em></li><li><em>A hands on-&amp; inspirational leader who inspires great business results through high performing (project) teams.</em></li></ul><h3>Additional Informa
