Our team of 1,500+ includes hundreds of engineers with deep expertise across hardware, software and AI R&D.</p></div><p><strong>The role</strong></p> <p>Nebius operates large-scale, mission-critical infrastructure. As a Senior Data Center Technician, you will own day-to-day data center operations, ensuring availability, safety, and reliability. You will act as a hands-on expert and escalation point, working closely with facilities, network, and engineering teams in a 24×7 environment.</p> <p><strong>Your responsibilities will include: </strong></p> <ul> <li>Operate and maintain data center infrastructure (power, cooling, racks, hardware)</li> <li>Troubleshoot and resolve complex incidents to minimize impact</li> <li>Lead and execute maintenance, installs, and infrastructure changes</li> <li>Serve as technical escalation for on-shift issues</li> <li>Monitor systems via DCIM/BMS and respond to alarms</li> <li>Participate in incident response, RCA, and documentation</li> <li>Enforce safety, security, and compliance standards</li> <li>Mentor junior technicians and raise operational standards</li> </ul> <p><strong>What we expect you to have:</strong></p> <ul> <li>3+ years in data center or critical infrastructure operations</li> <li>Strong hands-on experience with power, cooling, and server hardware</li> <li>Power systems (UPS, generators, PDUs, switchgear)</li> <li>Cooling systems (CRAC/CRAH, chillers, airflow optimization)</li> <li>Server and rack-level hardware</li> <li>Proven incident troubleshooting in high-availability environments</li> <li>Ability to work shifts in a 24×7 on-site role</li> <li>Clear communication and strong ownership mindset</li> </ul> <p><strong>It will be an added bonus if you have:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience with large-scale or hyperscale data centers</li> <li>Tier III / Tier IV fam
