Sr Supervisor (Slider Manufacturing)

Our organization, known as Slider Manufacturing (MFG), is at Seagate Korat Slider Factory. We are looking for a professional with extraordinary potential to take responsibility for Slider operation improvement, optimize workflow for maximum efficiency. Drive to success in product delivery per Slider master build plan. Supervise and manage production teams to meet functional Excellence. 

About the role - you will:

• Responsible to execute Slider manufacturing build plan especially on NPD and special build to support technology road map by planning and closely working with Engineering team. 
• Implement the technical and system control to enhance Slider operation efficiency. 
• Analyze and resolve complex issues related to operation team by developing, optimizing, investigating root causes, and making decisions. 
• Create and execute headcount plans that align with organizational objectives. 
• Participate in cross-functional projects to improve Slider operations. 
• Participate in Kaizen, Lean and develop work per Lean concept. 
• Support special assignments.

Your experience includes:

• Bachelor’s degree or above. 
• Familiar with Slider manufacturing.  
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills  with SQL, JMP, Knime, Minitab or other statistical analysis tool.  
• Communication skill, English ability in reading, writing and conversation.  
• Experience in Managing teams, Good Leadership.  
• Experience in process/equipment control, development, optimization and improvement. 
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing and experience in Kaizen continuous improvement.  
• Effective project management skill  
• Demonstrated innovation and self-motivated worker.  
• Advance working knowledge of MS Office programs.
