About Us:

Founded more than 15 years ago and headquartered in Chicago, the DV Group of financial services firms has grown to more than 450 people operating throughout North America and in Europe. Since spinning out of a large brokerage firm in 2016, DV Trading has rapidly scaled as an independent proprietary trading firm utilizing its own capital, trading strategies, and risk management methodologies to provide liquidity to worldwide financial markets and hedging opportunities to commodity producers and users. Now, DV group affiliates include two broker dealers, a cryptocurrency market making firm, and a bourgeoning investment adviser.

Responsibilities:

  • Primary administrative responsibility to various Senior Executives across Technology, Risk, Finance, and Legal
  • Provide calendar management for all internal and external requests
  • Arrange detailed (domestic and international) travel plans, itineraries, agendas, and compile all necessary documents for travel-related meetings
  • Partner closely with our CFO/Finance Department on bank account setup, audit preparation/coordination, contract management process, and ad hoc reporting as needed
  • Calendar and meeting scheduling, agenda preparation, org chart creation and project management support
  • Prepare and submit monthly travel expense reports as well as all necessary invoices for payment
  • Other day-to-day administrative responsibilities as required by the Executives or DV Trading.

Requirements:

  • 8-10 years of experience supporting Senior Executives, including organizing events and executive-led meetings (both internal and external)
  • Meticulous attention to detail, strong multitasking, and problem-solving skills
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and enjoys being challenged
  • Strong interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills
  • Professional demeanor and ability to interact with senior executives
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to various competing demands, and demonstrate the highest level of customer/client service and response
  • Expected to be present in the Chicago office (at least three days a week)
  • Highly Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
