Summary

 

The AR Specialist is responsible for releasing conditional and unconditional lien waivers to customers, as well as, assisting in our ability to execute lien and bond rights.

 

Job Location

 

This position will be located at our Corporate office in the Perimeter area of Atlanta, GA.

 

Job Duties

 

  • Release Conditional and Unconditional lien waivers to customers
  • Handles customer inquiries and provides necessary documents as requested.
  • Other customer service-related duties as needed and or required in conjunction with Lien and Bond Rights

 

Job Qualifications

 

  • 2+ years of experience Customer Service with general accounting experience
  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
  • Ability to maintain confidential and meticulous records
  • Ability to meet SLA requirements agreed upon between the shared service center and the business it supports.
  • Construction Lien Waiver experience preferred
  • Customer/Client Focus
  • Demonstrates a sense of urgency or ability to meet deadlines
  • Flexibility
  • Ability to interact with modern computer systems, and accessorial applications such as MS Excel, MSWord, Adobe Acrobat
  • Problem Solving/Analysis
  • Results Driven/Detail- Oriented
  • Strong Work Ethic/Self-starter
  • Ability to work across the organization with different business stakeholders
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously.

 

Job Requirements

 

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Lien Waiver experience preferred but not required
  • Detail-oriented, strong organizational skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Computer proficiency in Windows, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent telephone skills
  • Team player – ability to share information within the department and company
  • Attention to detail
