Requirements

Role Overview

The PMO will play a critical role in ensuring administrative support across projects. This role is responsible for monitoring project financials, time tracking, and data accuracy while acting as a key link between delivery units and finance.

 

Key Responsibilities

Project Financial Management

  • Support the month-end project financial closing activities.

  • Ensure timely and accurate invoice preparation in collaboration with finance.

Time & Resource Management

  • Monitor compliance with time logging policies across project teams.

  • Follow up on incomplete, late, or inaccurate time entries.

  • Generate and analyze time-tracking reports to highlight discrepancies or resourcing issues.

Data Management 

  • Provide requested data to stakeholders in a timely manner.

  • Assist finance in maintaining the time tracking and invoicing solution.

Communication & Coordination

  • Serve as a central point of contact for project administration.

  • Provide ad-hoc support to unit managers and finance.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong attention to detail to ensure data integrity and accurate reporting.

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects and deadlines.

  • Clear, professional communication skills for coordinating with stakeholders at all levels.

  • Advanced English speaker.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.

  • 2–3 years of experience in project administration, or similar coordination or support roles.

  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello) and time-tracking systems (e.g., Harvest, Toggl) is a plus.

  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Power BI, or other reporting tools is a plus.
