About the Client Service Department
The goal of Client Service is to build and grow meaningful relationships with the world’s largest, most sophisticated investors and help clients achieve their goals through high quality return streams and tailored insights. To this end, we deeply understand the global pools of capital, develop strategies to effectively develop relationships, and partner with clients on their most difficult investment and portfolio construction problems. We help our clients broaden their understanding of our investment process, strategies and performance as well as deepen their understanding of financial markets more generally.
About the Content Management Associate Role
The Content Management Associate will provide excellent day-to-day project and content management, as well as operational support to the Client Service Business Communications team. The Associate, in close partnership with other members of the team, is responsible for producing excellent communications on organizational and operational topics for the external-facing Client Service and Marketing teams. This primarily includes three main responsibilities. First, they are responsible for knowledge management of our most frequently asked questions and standard, off-the-shelf due diligence materials (e.g., AIMAs, and various memos on relevant topics, such as cybersecurity). Their responsibilities also include project management of cross-departmental questionnaires from clients and prospects on a wide array of organizational content across trading, operations, DEI, etc. And lastly, they are responsible for ensuring our consultant team is producing quality work in a timely fashion.

You will drive the following responsibilities:
Support the due diligence process – manage capacity and workload, run and evolve recurring processes, and provide project leverage to the Team Leads by:
- Act as the glue for the communications team to ensure the entirety of the ongoing projects are on track to achieve its goals.
- Leveraging the team by building, evolving, and running ongoing processes to deliver great content to the Client Service team responsible for managing our most strategic relationships externally.
- Play the quarterback role and main engagement management position for medium-large client requests.
- Quality control small to medium client requests from a content, grammar, and visual perspective.
- Collaborate with the senior members of the team to intake, project plan, and execute on strategic projects.
- Understanding the department’s goals/clients and have a solid grasp on content areas.
Minimum Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in an admin
