What You Will Do

  • Sweep, mop, scrub, wax, and polish floors using manual and powered equipment.
  • Dust and clean furniture, equipment, fixtures, and metalwork.
  • Clean windows, walls, ceilings, woodwork, and door panels.
  • Maintain restrooms, showers, and washrooms; replenish supplies.
  • Collect and dispose of trash, waste, and recyclables.
  • Vacuum rugs, carpets, and upholstered furniture.
  • Follow safety guidelines and use cleaning equipment correctly.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to produce high-quality results.
Qualifications

What You Bring

Education & Experience

  • High school diploma/GED or at least six months of custodial experience.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain facility access credentials and/or pass background checks as required. 
  • Must have a valid Real ID for access to the work site.

Skills & Abilities

  • Ability to follow detailed oral instructions and perform tasks efficiently.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • Respectful and effective interaction with co-workers, including individuals with disabilities.
  • Commitment to safety and quality in all tasks.
