Janitor / Sanitation

We’re looking for a reliable Janitor/Sanitation Worker to help keep our facility spotless, safe, and compliant with food manufacturing standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize production floors, breakrooms, offices, restrooms, and warehouse areas
• Operate industrial cleaning equipment (e.g., floor scrubbers, pressure washers)
• Follow sanitation and safety protocols (GMPs, HACCP, FDA, etc.)
• Properly handle and store cleaning chemicals.
• Remove trash and materials regularly
• Refill sanitation and PPE supplies as needed
• Assist with deep cleaning during production shutdowns or maintenance days
• Report any maintenance issues, spills, or safety concerns to the supervisor

Requirements

• Prior janitorial, sanitation, or industrial cleaning experience (especially in food manufacturing) is a plus
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Comfortable working in hot, humid, or cold environments
• Familiarity with food safety standards or willingness to be trained (preferable)
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
• Willingness to work flexible shifts (including nights or weekends (if required)
