Quantive is seeking an incredible Senior Manager, FP&A with 4+ years of experience in the financial planning and analysis management.
This position is based in Sofia, Bulgaria. We are currently working on a hybrid basis with a mix of working from home and working from the office.

The Role
As a Senior Manager, FP&A on our team, you will be responsible for monitoring the financial performance of Quantive, providing detailed analysis of monthly financial results, investigating variances compared to previous months and budget data, identifying unusual items, evaluating their effect on operations and delivering meaningful insights for improvements in effectiveness and efficiency of the company. You will lead the monthly closing and financial reporting processes, together with the consolidation process; be responsible for the financial control, lead the annual financial audit and work with the Strategic Finance team to support the decision-making of the CFO and Management team. To be successful in this role, you should have hands-on experience with management accounting, financial analysis & reporting and corporate finance as well as being able to work in an organized manner and meet deadlines.
The Details:
As a Senior Manager, FP&A, you will:
- Manage the accountants (internal & advisors) across Quantive’s international subsidiaries and ensure the timely preparation of monthly accounting information and reports
- Analyze, review and control of accounting records for completeness, accuracy and cut-off
- Prepare monthly consolidated P&L, Cash-flow statement and Balance sheet
- Provide detailed analysis of the monthly financial results based on the prepared consolidated FS and understand the drivers behind financial performance in order to share the analysis with CFO / CEO
- Partner with business and function company leaders providing them with detailed financial information on budget execution, operations and key performance indicators for decision making, makes recommendations for action and cooperates with them on building the annual budget and forecast
- Lead and manage the financial audit of the company (Consolidated and EOOD entity), ensuring successful and timely completion
- Play a pivotal role in enhancing financial communication, transparency and accountability across the organization
- Serve on cross-functional projects and teams as needed

- Tax declarations
- Investor Relations & reporting
- Board of Directors preparation
What We're Looking For
To be successful in this role at Quantive, you'll need to have:
- BS or higher degree in Accounting / Corporate Finance / Finance Management or equivalent
- 4+ years Senior Financial Analyst or Finance Manager experience, preferably in multinational environment and with responsibility for all aspects of the finance and accounting activities; Experience in SaaS companies is a plus
- Fluent English and excellent computer skills in MS Office; very good Excel skills is a must
- Very good understanding of the local Bulgarian accounting and tax legislation (VAT, corporate and personal taxation, etc.) and IFRS and US GAAP as applicable accounting framework
- Knowledge and experience with accounting software and databases.
