Job Overview:

Colas Rail, a leader in underground metro construction, is hiring a Senior Interface Engineer with over 7 years of experience in metro-related projects. The role involves managing project interfaces, ensuring effective communication among stakeholders, and maintaining alignment of schedules and deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interface Management: Develop and implement plans, resolve conflicts, and ensure seamless coordination between project components.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Build relationships with engineers, architects, and contractors; lead interface meetings.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks; ensure compliance with project specifications and regulations.
• Quality Assurance: Assess engineering documents and methodologies for quality and compliance.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records and provide regular status updates to senior management.
• Mentorship & Leadership: Guide junior engineers and foster a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering; a Master’s degree or professional certification is preferred.
• Experience: At least 7 years in interface management within metro construction projects, especially underground environments.
• Technical Skills: Knowledge of civil engineering principles, project management software, and industry standards.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving abilities, and a strong capacity to manage multiple priorities.
