Summary:

This position reports directly to the Residential Director and will be responsible for the following duties. Responsible for monitoring all aspects of Arc Human Services' residential facilities and for assuring that the physical, emotional and programmatic needs of the clients are met. Responsible for providing ongoing supervision and support to Program Specialists and Residential Site Managers and in their absence, will delegate or perform their duties as necessary. Must carry an emergency cell phone twenty-four (24) hours per day, seven (7) days per week. This position will directly supervise multiple Program Specialists.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in human services or related fields and five (5) years of managerial experience
• Valid driver’s license with at least a three-year clean driving record.
• Ability to pass background checks, physical and TB test.  
• Act 33 and 34 clearances.
