Develop a leadership framework; assessing the current status, develop the leadership philosophy and define the learning solutions that will take us there.</p><h3>Stellenbeschreibung</h3><p><strong>Tasks/Challenges</strong></p><ul><li>As part of the Center of Excellence Talent Management you will work on our group learning strategy and establish a common understanding of leadership behaviours to strengthen the learning and performance culture at Aviv</li><li>Design and implement global development programs and learning journeys based on development needs, global trends and leadership for our Talents and Leaders </li><li>Together with the L&amp;D team translate our strategy into a yearly operational learning plan (focusing on digitalization and simplify) </li><li>Evaluate, negotiate and select global learning providers</li><li>Together with the local HR people team you will work closely with the business leaders to understand their needs and business requirements to make sure we have the rights offerings in place and providing toolboxes (leading hybrid teams)</li><li>Establish Leadership assessment tools, 360° feedback processes, and facilitate sessions with the local HR BPs and Global Talent Manager</li><li>Ensure a data driven evaluation, measurements with KPIs and provide learning advice to the business  </li><li>Analyse long-term talent development trends and transfer them into our processes and offers</li><li>Be an ambassador for our Aviv behaviours and drive cultural initiatives with the HR team. </li></ul><h3>Qualifikationen</h3><p><strong>Your Profile </strong></p><ul><li>You are highly experienced to work within a fast-paced international environment, with proven experience as a global Leadership Development Specialist </li><li>You have the ability to understand product and tech as well as commercial needs and translate these into learning actions  </li><li>Up to date with current global market trends in L&amp;D and Talent Management</li><li>Experience with leadership training design and concept development </li><li>Practical working experience in global Learning Technology, such as SAP, Cornerstone or Workday </li><li>You have analytical and operational strengths to be able to analyse, report and extract data as it relates to HR metrics.</li><li>You feel confident in a cross-cultural matrix organisation. </li><li>Fluent in English, German and French is a plus.</li></ul><h3>Zusätzliche Informationen</h3><p><strong>Next steps</strong></p><p>Unlock your perfect job with us today and make an application.
