Your Role

• Hold responsibility for multiple (parallel) SAP S/4HANA deployment projects within a region

• Plan, coordinate and monitor deployment activities, e.g., process design, specification and business testing

• Ensure (business) project deliverables are completed on time, in quality and within budget

• Coordinate the work of the E2E streams and provide guidance where required to drive deployment project forward

• Identify, escalate/mitigate and resolve business related issues and risks and facilitate decision- making associated with the deployment projects

• Manage communication with project stakeholders on e.g., status, design topics, decision needs, etc.

• Report progress and escalation needs to business hub lead

Your Profile

• Several years of demonstrated experience as project lead, preferably in SAP deployment transformation programs.

• Experience with steering external providers, system integrators or consultancies

• Proven experience and confidence in interacting with (senior) management levels

• Basic understanding of E2E business processes (e.g., Lead-to-Cash)

• Basic know-how of SAP S/4HANA

• Excellent organizational and communication skills

• Exceptional English communication skills, both spoken and written; familiarity with German or other languages is a bonus
