The Sr Business Continuity Manager is responsible for the execution of the Response Management Program across Global Operations (GO). This job is responsible for leading a team that facilitates response, recovery, and communications during disruptions which may impact GO teammates, business operations, and/or customers/clients. Process is performed 24/7, 365 days per year. Our team is currently split across India, US and UK time zones and you will work with the Team to problem solve incidents when they come in.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee manage the performance of 8+ employees responsible for actively leading and triaging significant multi-FLU events, leveraging key support tools and references to ensure understanding and effective communication of potential impact to customers/clients experience, processes and/or other significant business disruption.

  • Ensure effective execution of Response Management Framework across all GO FLU’s by effectively consulting with business partners during response to events, ensuring timely and accurate business communications and sent, and ensuring all stakeholders are accountable for any post event results.

  • Enhance execution model and provide ongoing oversight to the team and overall program

  • Partner closely with senior management, compliance and other control partners to develop strategies and capabilities to strengthen the program

  • Identify issues and/or control improvements as opportunities are identified

  • Use data to build reporting and analysis that reflects the end-to-end performance of the program

  • Provide On-Call support for rotating Weekends and Holidays as needed.

  • Provide subject matter support in audit and regulatory matters as needed.

  • Provides strategic input to shape and improve business continuity, crisis management, and/or disaster recovery programs

  • Facilitates cross-functional engagement with business leaders and stakeholders to ensure end-to-end response and recoverability readiness

  • Demonstrates business and/or technical acumen to recommend and implement solutions that protect the bank, including customers, employees, and shareholders

  • Ensures collaboration and partnership with all domestic and regional partners

  • Exercises independent judgment in directing staff, if required, to achieve results
