Executive Assistant in ADMINISTRATION MSLA at Providence St. Patrick Hospital, Missoula, MT

 

The Executive Assistant provides support for hospital administrators by planning and organizing daily activities while providing general clerical support. He/She makes decisions and works independently as well as an administrative staff team member to provide for the smooth operation of administrative activities. He/she creates a professional, friendly and cooperative atmosphere for visitors, hospital personnel and medical staff members. The Executive Assistant has the ability to maintain poise in stressful situations and continually exhibit outstanding public relation skills. The Executive Assistant must stay abreast of current hospital policies and ongoing projects. It is vital that the Executive Assistant preserve the confidential nature of certain information using sound judgment about what falls into this category.

Required Qualifications:

  • 3 years Secretarial experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate's Degree Associate's Degree
    • One to two years of business school with emphasis on secretarial skills and office work.

The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
