About the role

The Sales Operations Data Analyst is a key member of the Sales Operations and Strategy team at ShowingTime+, and will act as the core owner of sales related data reporting and tooling needs. The simplified scope of this role is to take on any sales reporting needs that cannot be solved with a simple google sheet solution. This includes advanced sales metric and KPI tracking, core customer/market insight readouts, key initiative analysis, and much more. As the “go-to” for sales data needs, this individual should expect to be given complex problems and come up with creative solutions. We are looking for a highly motivated data analyst who is ready to tackle our nuanced data related challenges to untether our ability to scale up our sales machine.

This person should expect to:

  • Scope, design, build, publish, and maintain a workbook of sales centric metric and KPI reporting for executive summary review
  • Stand up sales-centric data reporting to unlock better customer and market insights for more effective sales conversations
  • Deep dive into existing data reporting workbooks to create alignment across multiple sales teams, customer bases, and products
  • Partner with sales leaders to build on existing reporting infrastructure
  • Partner with operations to inform CRM/system requirements for deeper and more sophisticated reporting needs
  • Partner with sales enablement leadership to uncover gaps in system adoption and usage
  • Partner with BizOps on strategic initiatives in pre-launch phases to enable transparency into new initiatives

This role has been categorized as a Remote position. “Remote” employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice which must be identified to the Company. Employees may live in any of the 50 US States, with limited exceptions. In certain cases, an employee in a remote-designated job may need to live in a specific region or time zone to support customers or clients as part of their role.

In California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, New York and Washington the standard base pay range for this role is $82,400.00 - $131,600.00 Annually. This base pay range is specific to California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, New York and Washington and may not be applicable to other locations.

In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location.

Who you are

  • 3+ years of work experience involving quantitative data analysis and complex problem-solving
  • Proficiency in SQL with solid experience using Tableau, Excel, and Google Sheets required
  • Experience with Salesforce required
  • Direct or adjacent experience partnering with sales leaders, sales operations, and sales enablement preferred
  • Experience with Gong, Salesloft, HubSpot, HighSpot, and other enablement tools preferred
  • A curiosity about analyzing, modeling, and interpreting data
  • Solid attention to detail and the ability to meet strict deadlines
  • Nimble and flexible, able to juggle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced, quickly evolving environment where creative thinking and operational rigor are paramount
