About the Role:
Contributes to the strategic direction and execution of high-impact, outcomes-focused learning and development initiatives for our commercial teams. Responsible for designing, implementing, and managing pilot projects and new initiatives through the use of new training tools or advanced training programs to deepen sales team knowledge and effectiveness and drive results. Partners closely with senior commercial and divisional sales leadership to assess field sales capabilities and recommend training methodologies to deepen and enhance employee engagement and accelerate the growth of technical, professional, and leadership skills for individual contributors, teams, and leaders in the commercial organization._
Your Contributions (include, but are not limited to):
- Training Strategy & Development
- Lead FDM team efforts to assess training, learning, and development needs for the sales teams as well as alternative methods of delivering training and new approaches, practices and processes to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of training (including distance-learning, e-learning, learning portals)
- Lead measurement and outcomes evaluation for the various ongoing FDM initiatives/projects
- Develop and communicate needs and strategies identified to appropriate stakeholders to gain alignment and determine path forward. Create and help deliver executive summaries to communicate results and findings with cross-functional stakeholders and senior leadership
- Develop and facilitate advanced training through microlearning, electives, workshops, and personalized coaching, in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders
- Field Trainer Leadership
- Lead the RFT Team's talent lifecycle from selection through development, implementing the "RFT Lift Off" curriculum and providing ongoing mentorship
- Lead creation, intake, and archiving of RFT feedback forms
- Partner with Field Operations to support Sales Operating Systems Liaisons (SOSLs)
- Lead Train-the-Trainer (TTT) sessions and develop Plan-of-Action/National Sales Meeting content
