Job Management Biller

Location: Minneapolis, Minnesota

Job type: Full time

Schedule: Office Hours, Monday to Friday

Hourly pay: $22.00 - 29.00/hr

**Compensation for this position includes hourly salary, short-term incentive bonus, and full benefits package offerings. The exact amount of base salary may vary based on experience and skills brought to the role.

 

What You’ll Do

As a Job Management Biller you will be performing all phases of Job Management, direct billing and direct billing discrepancy resolution.

You will…

• Work closely with regional sales teams to generate customer invoices in the job management system for direct vendor billing
• Work with Viking sales team and Sonepar Shared Services to resolve standard Eclipse direct billing discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Review lot billing transactions for appropriate detail and approve for customer invoicing.
• Prepare and maintain documentation for job management and direct billing processes.

What You Bring

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2+ office experience with some accounting experience.
• Two year degree preferred or equivalent experience in accounting or general business.
• Willingness to work additional hours to meet deadlines.
