Pay Range
$50.05 - $75.10MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for comprehensive program management, from strategy, analysis and needs assessments all the way through to program execution, for specific populations and program areas.
- Assess, establish, and maintain focused program alignment with Community and Social Impact, Strategy, Culture, Teammate Experience and other organizational areas and priorities.
- Develop informed and compelling recommendations for new programs and solutions.
- Responsible for optimization of existing programming for System Resource Groups, FOR ALL Councils and Committees
- Leverage analytics and insights to shape strategy and tactics as well as to evaluate impact and effectiveness.
- Curriculum curation and/or design in collaboration with other teammates and stakeholders.
- Responsible for research and recommendations for creative and innovative ways to deliver learning in efficient and effective ways.
- Manage and leverage relationships, both internal and external (including but not limited to Community and Social Impact, Access & Opportunity, Culture, Talent Management, Learning Experience, Workforce Analytics, Planning & Strategy, Workforce Development, Teammate Experience, Talent Acquisition, HR business partners, and other HR and non-HR functional areas, as well as vendors and other external relationships).
- Establish and maintain close partnership with leaders, consultants and coordinators around program support and execution.
- Manage facilitation of crucial conversations and other program delivery modalities including events, celebrations.
- Shared financial stewardship related to programming (budget, cost savings, expenses etc.).
MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, Leadership Development, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or Related Field
Experience: Typically requires 7 years of experience in policy and program development in healthcare field related to diversity.
MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES (KSA)
- Knowledge of best practice learning and development methods, research and strategies applied in large organizations.
- Effective group facilitation and internal consulting skills, as well as proficiency in identifying and developing diverse modalities to deliver effective learning and development.
- Skills in research, developing sound proposals, and demonstrated ability in the successful implementation of programs.
- Skills in influencing and developing others who are not direct reports in order to move toward common goals and outcomes.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to interact with executives, management, physicians, and team members at all levels.
- Ability to work effectively in a diverse work group and with a wide range of audiences consisting of different generations, cultures, and learning styles.
- High level of proficiency and literacy in using the Microsoft Office Suite, similar products and other technology solutions.
- Strong knowledge of inclusion and belonging and Access & Opportunity frameworks and adult learning principles, performance standards, and organizational development.
- Ability to navigate and establish priorities in an often-ambiguous environment.
- Ability to collaborate and work effectively in a team environment.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND WORKING CONDITIONS
- This position does not require travel, except for periodic in person engagements.
- Operates all equipment necessary to perform the job.
- Exposed to a remote working environment.
